Do I need an appointment for an oil change?
Yes — we're appointment-only, which is what lets us start your car on time instead of when the wait list ends. Text or use the quote form and we'll book a slot.
Can you do my NY state inspection?
Yes. We perform New York state inspections by appointment. If anything fails, we'll walk you through what needs to happen before re-test.
My check engine light is on but the car drives fine. Is it urgent?
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. A flashing CEL needs immediate attention; a steady CEL is something we can usually scan, diagnose, and quote without an emergency. Don't ignore it.
Do you work on European cars?
Yes — BMW, Mercedes-AMG, Porsche, Audi, and similar are a big part of what we do, from basic service to more involved repair.
